Outlook Express

To setup your mail account in Microsoft Outlook Express follow the instructions below.

Enter Outlook Express (Click Start, Click programs, Click Outlook Express)
Click tools on the top menu bar
Click accounts
Click on the mail tab
Click add
Click mail
Enter your name
Enter your full email address
pop3 is correct
incoming pop3 mail server is: mail.yourdomain (i.e. mail.cre8te.com.au)
outgoing smtp server is: mail.yourdomain (i.e. mail.cre8te.com.au)
Enter your full email address in the account name: i.e. mphillips@cre8te.com.au)
Enter your password
do not click secure connection
Click Finish
Select the Account you just created, then click Properties
On the Server Tab Check the "My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" Box
On the Advanced tab change the Outgoing mail (SMTP): from 25 to 587
Click Ok
Click Close
